Discovered Unknown Pleasures of Photography "I have enjoyed photography for decades but never really mastered the art so succumbed to the temptation of Eric's course for a recent holiday in Cambodia to see if I could get any closer. Within an hour he changed the way I think about using the camera; settings, subject isolation, composition, available light, exposure... I had a marvellous two days in his company and took by far the best shots of my life, ones with real atmosphere. His advice for sunrise at Angkor Wat was perfect (including how to negotiate the disorder of the crowds) and means I got great photos as the new dawn faded. After Siem Reap I spent 4 days in Phnom Penh and his teachings transferred to solo situations, so I immediately benefitted from his advice. The only regret is not spending at least twenty-four hours with him earlier. Over and above the teaching, Eric is a really nice guy and a pleasure to spend time with.
